Let's Begin!

There is a procedure of events that happen during the session.

  • Find a quiet place to fully relax
  • Auric Cleasning
  • Focused releasing
  • Chakra restoring
  • Mindset 

It begins with discussing your reason for being here - what is happening NOW, not the 'storyline'.

From there, you will need to be in a position where your body and mind can relax and allow the energetic healing to manifest.  It's best to be in the mindset of settling in to a meditation or a nap.

I will be talking your through the aura cleansing. Sometimes, most of the time, you will feel things changing in your body. It takes a few minutes for some movement to happen. Relaxing and releasing expectations is necessary. The healing process is unique to each person. Your healing flows in a sequence that is not predictable beforehand. So, this part could take up the entire session, depending on what we find.

Once your aura is cleared, there will be chakra pieces that have information about what has created this current situation.

As we go through the pieces, we will talk about how and why these life patterns and events are shaping your body, and literally your existence. I can read your aura and chakras, so I only need a little bit of your background. You will benefit far more by spending our time healing rather than talking.  By clearing them energetically and understanding the powerful impact of life decisions, there is space to heal and replace fractured pieces and grow in strength.

I'll give you insights about what could happen next. You are always the one making the decisions. You're freewill and choices are the crux of  your healing journey. 

We'll have fun. It's always exciting to read the signs and follow how the body processes the mindsets.

After the session, I'll send you a summary. Please print this out, and use it to move forward.
