The Roadmap: From Booking to Completion
Here is exactly what happens when you book a Remote Healing Session.
1. The Intake
When we connect (via Phone/Zoom), I will ask for a gentle, short report on why you are here. I will assess the severity of how you are feeling right now. Also, I will briefly reference any other spiritual, energetic, or medical interventions that are currently active in your system so I have the full context.
Note: We focus on what is happening NOW, not the long "storyline." You benefit far more by spending our time healing rather than talking.
2. The Setup
You will need to find a quiet place where you can fully relax, lie down, and allow the work to manifest. Adopt the mindset of settling into a deep meditation or a nap.
3. The Scan & Auric Cleansing
I will talk you through an aura cleansing. The Sensation: Most clients feel things changing in their body immediately—heat, tingling, or a sense of lightness. It takes a few minutes for the movement to begin. The Flow: Relaxing and releasing expectations is necessary. Your healing flows in a sequence that is not predictable beforehand; this part could take the entire session depending on what we find.
4. Chakra Restoring & Pattern Recognition
Once the aura is cleared, the chakras reveal the information about what created this situation. The Insight: As we clear the blockages, I will share insights on how and why specific life patterns are shaping your body and your existence. The Shift: By clearing these energetic knots and understanding your decisions, we create space to replace fractured pieces with strength.
5. The Wrap-Up & Next Steps
We will discuss what could happen next. Remember, you are the one making the decisions. Your free will and choices are the crux of your healing journey.
Your Role in the Healing Process
Think of our session as a catalyst. Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful modality designed to jumpstart your body’s natural ability to repair itself. While I facilitate the flow of energy to correct imbalances, you are the one who integrates it.
The Partnership To get the best results, you may sometimes need to support the energy physically. Example: If we are working on sciatica, the energy will clear the block, but you may still need to use a heating pad or do gentle stretches to help that influx of movement flow through your physical tissue.
Integration & Self-Care The process doesn't end when we hang up.
Hydrate: Water is the conductor for energy. Drink plenty of it.
Clear Thoughts: Prioritize a calm environment.
Lifestyle Choices: If your choices conflict heavily with the healing energy—for example, consuming heavy alcohol immediately after a session—you may experience a "healing crisis" or temporary discomfort as your system tries to recalibrate against the resistance.
After The Session
Immediate Aftercare. Energy work puts you in theta (unconscious/spirit). When returning to Alpha/Beta state you need to ground back into reality. These 3 steps can do that for you: 1. Drink water with a pinch of salt because electrolytes help the nervous system conduct the new energy. 2. Eat some protein because digestion puts you back in your body. 3. Ground with the earth in your favorite way: stomp, meditate on root chakra, hug a tree, etc.
I will send you a Written Summary of the session. Please print this out. Use it as a map to move forward. Keep it. Journal on it. Own it. This will help you move forward very quickly. This is part of the secret of profound energy healing. You need to embody it. Often, clearing one piece opens the door to the next breakthrough. This work frequently leads to: breaking self-sabotaging patterns, letting go of the need to control, healing the nervous system, recognizing a core wound, or shifting from victim mentality to empowerment.
When should you schedule your next session? When you have risen to the next issue. When you are stuck and can't seem to move on. When you have too much stress or pressure to be able to work on the problems.
You don't have to wait! Suffering is optional. Clients report feeling better after each session.
Who This Is For
To ensure we are a good energetic match, please review the guidelines below. This container is built on safety, mutual respect, and a willingness to participate in your own healing.✦ You are ready to participate. You understand that energy work is a collaboration, not a passive "fix."
✦ You will actively and consciously and immediately do the necessary aftercare. Energy work puts you in theta (unconscious/spirit). ✦ You want the root cause. You are tired of treating symptoms and want to know why the pattern exists.
✦ You are medically stable. You are seeking energetic support to complement your physical and mental health care.
🚫 Who This Is Not For
To maintain the integrity of the work, I do not accept clients in the following categories:
✦ People who are actively hostile or mocking
Not just skeptical—but dismissive or contemptuous. Energy work requires a baseline of openness or respectful neutrality. Hostility creates a resistance in the field that can feel invasive rather than supportive.
✦ People seeking a “fix” instead of participation
If you want me to "do something to you" so you don’t have to engage, reflect, or change your behavior, this is a mismatch. Energy work is most effective when you are an active participant, not a passive object.
✦ People with severe mental health instability (without professional support)
This is an ethical boundary. If you are experiencing active psychosis, severe dissociation, untreated mania, or paranoia tied to spiritual ideas, energy work can blur boundaries or intensify symptoms. This work must only be done in collaboration with your licensed mental health care provider.
✦ People who externalize all authority
If you believe I know your truth better than you do, or that I am responsible for your life choices, we cannot work together. That dynamic creates dependency. My job is to help you find your own power, not to tell you what to do.
✦ People who use energy work to avoid real-world action
"Spiritual Bypassing" creates stagnation. I cannot work with those who refuse medical care because "energy will fix it," or who stay in abusive situations while only seeking energetic clearing.
✦ People who don’t give clear consent
Energetic consent matters just as much as physical consent. I do not work on people who feel pressured to be here or who haven't been fully informed of what the session involves.
⚠️ Situational “Not Now”
You may be a great fit later, but right now might not be the time if you are experiencing:
✦ Early Acute Grief: When the loss is too fresh, the system needs comfort, not clearing.
✦ Extreme Exhaustion/Burnout: Sometimes the body just needs sleep and protein before it can handle subtle energy work.
✦ Crisis Mode: If you are in immediate danger or instability, practical grounding support is required first.
